Birthdays are hard...

Such a serious face for such an adorable cake...  Poor girl had a very hard day despite being surrounded by people who love her who only wanted to see her happy.  But it's hard to be in the spotlight (as we all know!), especially when you're about to turn one and you have a tooth trying to come in.  Fortunately, she discovered a new-found love for Newman O's, got a singing Elmo she adores, and got to spend time with her family and friends, even though it was hard. :)

Madison Mommy Time

Somebody needed some mommy time today - Tucker's been getting all of the attention lately - so she joined me on my yoga mat for stretching time.  Funny thing, I'm pretty sure I was the only one stretching and not snoring. ;)

Tucker Tumor Todd

Tucker Todd...you are one of the sweetest, most gentle (and hyper!) souls I know. Today (okay, yesterday because I'm late at writing this) we celebrate you - your determination to outlive all of us despite growing more than half-a-dozen tumors in one month.  You are fabulous buddy, and I love you.

My New Office

Thank you oh beautiful Pacific Northwest for being so sunny and beautiful lately.  I've been wearing my new work shoes in my new office.
